Changes

Restructuring at work finally was announced formally today. Most of us had an idea what was going to happen of course, the grapevine being strong as ever!! So in a nutshell a lot of new responsibilities for me, big challenges ahead, and what seems to be a number of former friends suddenly turned against me....Of course I'm a little nervous, it's a lot to take on in so short a time span, but you know what....Knowing that XYZ are predicting my fall and failure is just the kind of push I needed to strengthen me, make me resolve to do well and prove them wrong.

So even though what I now have is not exactly what I had wanted or asked for, I will play the hand I have been dealt, for better or for worse. And to hell with you non-believers!!
